This post is a sort of open promise to myself and those that care about me, but at the same time, I’m asking for help from anybody with fulfilling my promises. I made a lot of mistakes in college last year, and I want that to change this year. There was three main things, my health, my sleeping pattern, and my nonsensical leaving of things to the last minute.
Finally, a driving safety PSA that actually had a major effect on me
Category: Randomness -It wasn’t really something I expected to see while looking through Google Reader, but in a way, I’m glad I did. These kind of ads are common these days on TV, but this video, to be shown as part of a 30-minute movie to students in the area about the dangers of texting while driving, has a had a much bigger effect on me than any other video. I’ve seen my mum text and driving before, so as soon as I get a chance I’m showing her this video in the hope that it might stop her from doing it again.
This video should be shown around the world, and thanks to the internet and YouTube, that should hopefully happen…
