A 25-year-old man in Tokyo went crazy in Tokyo, killing seven people and wounding at least 11 others. He told the police that he went to Akihabara with the intention of killing people. “I came to Akihabara to kill people… I am tired of the world”.

The man reportedly drove his rented van into a crowd of people, and then proceeded to stab random people going about their everyday business.
